Why does only the top light turn on, and the other lights don't light up? You have turned on the Reading Mode (only the top light is on). To turn off the Reading Mode, long-press the lighting button for 3 seconds, then press the lighting button again for 3 seconds to turn all the lights back on.

Why does the floor lamp with shelves not light up or flicker? Please make sure you have tightened each nut under the shelf. Untightened nuts would lead to unstable current delivery, which can cause the lights not to light up.

Why can't my mobile app connect to the floor lamp with shelves? Please check if your phone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network (5G Wi-Fi is not available). Then, press and hold the lighting button and RGB button on the shelf for 3 seconds until the lights start flashing. After that, open the Tuya app to connect.
